Full Job Description
Develop a suite of 15 custom OTBI reports for HR analytics including headcount, attrition, diversity metrics, and compensation analysis. Reports must be built using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence with appropriate subject areas.
The Work You'll Do:
- Strong OTBI/BI Publisher skills
- Understanding of Oracle HCM data model
